4. Data Sharing

- Infrastructure and AI service providers: Data storage, server management, AI API services (Google Gemini API) — solely for service delivery and under Google's Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applicable to paid API usage
- Payment processor (PayTR): For payment verification and completion
- Email and communication providers: For notifications and support correspondence
- Legal requirement: Upon written request from competent public authorities or judicial bodies

The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete the data.
9. International Data Transfers
AI API services (Google Gemini API) may involve transfers of your data outside Turkey. Such transfers are carried out under Google's Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applicable to paid API usage; Google does not use this data to train its models.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days before they take effect via platform notification or email.
