The confirmation checkbox on the payment page records that you request performance to begin immediately and that you lose the 14 day right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Sales Regulation. Duplicate charges, charges after cancellation and the 1 TRY card verification charge are outside this; those are refunded.
