Your skills, your experience, and the job's requirements are compared to produce a score from 0 to 100. Here's our difference: you see every reason behind the score, how much each skill contributed, and what's still missing.
Your profile and your CV with contact details removed are visible to employers in the talent pool by default; your email and phone are shared only when you accept an offer. If you prefer, switch it off with a single tap under Profile → Preferences; you drop out of the listing the moment you do.
Your data is processed and stored in line with KVKK. You can request deletion of your account and your data whenever you want; thirty days after the request they are permanently deleted, and records that must be kept by law are stored for the periods set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice. Your data is never sold to third parties.
