Billing, Pro Access Period and Refunds

This article explains the difference between the plans, the payment flow, what happens when your Pro period ends, reminders, cancelling now and the refund rules. Prices are shown only on the pricing page and at checkout; this text contains no amounts.

Plans

Free: no payment details, no time limit.

• Profile and talent pool: turn it on and employers find you.
• A match score and its reasoning (matched and missing skills) for every job.
• The details and fit analysis of the 4th and 5th jobs in your ranking are open; if neither fits your profile, jobs in your ranking that do fit are opened first. For those two a job-specific CV and cover letter are prepared on screen and you can apply from here; download is on Pro. The details and applications of all other jobs are on Pro.
• Application tracking, messaging with employers and Career Path.
• Your existing CVs stay viewable and editable.
• Creating a new CV, PDF and Word download, and Job Analysis are not part of the free plan.

Pro: timed access for 1 month or 3 months; it does not renew automatically at the end.

• Details and applications for all jobs.
• Ready Applications: a job-specific CV and cover letter draft waits for the jobs that fit you best; you send it.
• CV Studio: unlimited CVs, templates, PDF and Word download without a watermark.
• Job Analysis: paste the text of a posting you found elsewhere and see your fit score and gaps.
• Job-fit analysis and gap analysis.
• AI writing tools (summary, experience bullets, skill suggestions; nothing is written until you approve) and a cover letter written for the job.

Employer (Partner) plans are outside the scope of this article.

Payment

Payment is collected by credit or debit card through the payment institution PayTR. Cvisioner never sees or stores your card number or security code. Storing your card is optional; if you do, the card is linked to your account through a token generated by PayTR. This is there to make buying again easier later; a stored card is never charged on its own.

A payment you make in the browser is verified with 3D Secure.

When you add a card, a verification charge of 1.00 TRY is made and refunded in the same transaction.

End of the period and reminders

Pro is timed access: it ends on its own at the end of the period you chose (1 month or 3 months). It does not renew automatically and your card is not charged. The end date is shown under Settings → Billing → Plan.

We remind you by email 7 days before, 1 day before and on the day it ends. You can turn the end reminder off in your notification preferences.

When the period ends, your account drops to the free tier: Pro features close; your profile, CVs and matches are not deleted.

Buy again whenever you want. If you buy before the period ends, the new period is added on top of your remaining days, so none are lost; if you buy after it ends, you pick up where you left off.

Cancel now

Because Pro does not renew automatically, you do not need to cancel. If you want to leave before the period ends there is a single option:

• Cancel now: Pro access ends immediately; the remaining part of the paid period is not refunded. This option works only with your explicit choice and confirmation of the on-screen warning.

Channels: Settings → Billing → Plan, or support@cvisioner.com. After cancelling, your profile, CVs and matches are not deleted; you continue on the free tier.

To switch between the 1 month and 3 month plans, pick the plan you want the next time you buy; if you buy before the current period ends, the new period is added on top of your remaining days.

Right of withdrawal

Pro features are a service performed instantaneously in an electronic environment, activated on your account the moment payment completes. By ticking the confirmation checkbox on the payment page you confirm that you have read the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement and, because you requested immediate performance, that the 14 day right of withdrawal cannot be used. Access ends on its own at the end of the period and does not renew automatically; you can cancel now at any time.

Refunds

As a rule no refund is made. Exceptions:

• Duplicate charge: more than one charge for the same period; the excess is refunded within 15 days of notification.
• Card verification charge: 1.00 TRY is refunded automatically in the same transaction; contact us if it does not appear.
• Technical failure: Pro features not delivered at all for 48 consecutive hours because of an error on our side.

Coupons

The coupon field appears at checkout only when a coupon is defined. One coupon is used per payment.

Invoices

An invoice is issued for every charge using the name or company title, address and, where applicable, the Turkish ID or tax number you entered under Settings → Billing → Invoice details. You can view your invoices on the same screen.
